Course Description
Learn about the moral map we use to help guide us through our lives: ethics. Ethics can mean different things to different people; just as we do not all share the same personal values, we do not all share the same ethical views. However, we can agree on certain fundamental standards needed to work together in a respectful and productive environment. This course, one of eight programs on creating a respectful workplace, explains four basic concepts required to work in an ethical environment: fairness, honesty, integrity, and respect. These concepts are simple to understand, but can be difficult to implement. This course shows examples of how acting with fairness, honesty, integrity and respect creates a better workplace for everyone. Narrative examples tell a story of how to apply ethics to everyday work problems. Take the information presented here and create a more respectful, ethical, and productive work environment.
