Course Description
Having people from many generations in the workplace is a great opportunity for sharing life experiences, values and ideas. As individuals from different generations, including Generation 9/11, Millennials, Generation X, Baby Boomers, and Traditionals interact, important insights into each can be made. This course provides you with an in-depth look at each of these five generations, as well as how to best communicate with each. Learn about what characterizes each generation, and some tips to help bridge the gap when it comes to working with people from other generations. Members of one generation may have preconceived notions or stereotypes about the members of another, but it is important to realize why members of a certain generation act and think in the way they do. With this knowledge, a more open and respectful workplace can be created. Utilize the information presented here and create such a workplace.
