Course Description

Even though workplace relationships should be based on respect, sexual harassment in the workplace happens. This training video features attorneys and consultants who are experts in the field of workplace sexual harassment. They discuss the forms of harassment that can take and how it affects not only the person being harassed, but everyone else in the workplace. This course explains what sexual harassment is, and illustrates four types of harassers: the habitual harasser, the bully, the smitten harasser, and the jilted harasser. In all of the cases viewers are shown what steps to take if they are being harassed. Sexual harassment is a serious offense and should not be tolerated.
