Course Description

This video training course is for all employees to learn the importance of speaking up for their co-workers. It is uncomfortable to watch a co-worker be spoken to or about in a negative manner. It is even more difficult to speak up against this negativity. This video educates viewers on how and why bystanders needs to say something if they hear something inappropriate in the workplace. Use this video to educate employees about the importance of using their voice to speak up if they hear someone being treated with disrespect.
