A coach has something to teach someone else, and the idea of a coach in a business organization is not about managing but about creating solid relationships within. This detailed video highlights several types of coaching, focusing specifically on two roles: the right or wrong approach, and the life-long learning approach. The right or wrong approach highlights the idea that the coach knows a bit more about the topics at hand than the staff. Rather, the coach guides the employees down the correct path. This video also focuses on creating life-long learners, the method in which the coach provides the staff with moments to develop and reach their own individual potential.
