Course Description

This video training course is for all employees to learn about the values and opportunities of diversity. Diversity is seen as anyone who is different for any reason. The Equal Employment Opportunity Laws are discussed. Examples are shown of how to learn from differences and conflict. Use this video to educate employees about diversity. Educated employees understand and appreciate other peoples’ differences creating a more positive workplace for all employees.
