Course Description

Almost 65 million Americans have had to deal with a workplace bully at some point in their lives. This video training course is for all employees to learn about bullying and disruptive behaviors in the workplace. Workplace bullying is a serious issue, for those involved and the companies they work for. Many examples of disruptive behaviors are explored in this course so they can be recognized. Viewers then learn strategies to deal with bullying and other disruptive behaviors. Employees learn how to handle a bully and how to defuse other disruptive behaviors and events, leading to a better and safer workplace environment.
