Course Description

This course explores what distinguishes a decent working environment from an excellent one, and that is the culture. The course discusses acting ethically, disagreeing constructively, and stopping harassment. The latter half goes over how employees can champion diversity, mitigate bullying, show appreciation, and understand others.
