People are more alike than different, but our differences can create tension in the workplace when they are not acknowledged and respected. This online training video explores the challenges associated with workplace diversity by highlighting common stereotypes you must erase. Subject matter includes recognizing when we are stereotyping or being biased, how individuals may relate to a group, cultural attitudes toward power and authority, tolerance for uncertainty and how culture may impact communication style.
